We offer gift vouchers in multiples of £5.  They are valid for 18months and can be redeemed against admission, shop and experience purchases.

When you buy you are emailed a download link containing your voucher. The voucher can be downloaded and then emailed as a gift or printed out and then gifted.

You can redeem gift vouchers on our website by entering the voucher code in the basket or check-out pages. Or they can be redeemed in person at NCBP. Please bring your voucher with you (on your phone is fine) – we need to scan the QR code.

Vouchers can be partially redeemed – you don’t have to spend it all at once!
