All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please note that it is the voucher holder’s responsibility to book in before the 12 month expiry date. Our experiences are popular and often book up months in advance.
If your voucher has a date written on it – you are already booked in on that date.
Once an experience is booked in, we require a minimum of 14 days notice to alter the booking.
If you do not turn up for your experience – the experience will continue in your absence and you won’t be able to rebook.
Vouchers are not refundable. However they are transferrable – you can give your voucher to anybody to use.
Please be on time for your experience – we start promptly.
Our experiences are not weather dependant. We go ahead whatever the weather! We have indoor areas if the weather is very poor. Please wear sensible clothing (and footwear) – especially if the forecast is poor. Remember that even in fine weather – the grass can be wet underfoot.
Raptor/Owl Experiences and Hawk Hikes are suitable for adults and children over the age of 10. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times please.
On Raptor/Owl Experiences and Hawk Hikes, participants are welcome to bring spectators along with them. Spectators play no active part in the experience and maybe be asked to sit to one side at times. However they are welcome to take photos and they will be able to join participants for a complimentary hot drink at break time. Spectators are charged at £15 for adult and £10 for children. Depending on numbers, spectators may not be able to accompany participants for the entire experience – but they are welcome to spend the entire day in the centre.
Owl Evenings/Owl Prowls are suitable for adults and children 8 and over. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult please. Please note that these evening events are largely quiet activities, and that does include children.

All experiences include admission to the centre. You are very welcome to stay with us after your experience has ended (except for Owl Evenings – it is bed-time when they finish ?).
If you have any disabilities that you think may impact on you taking a full part in the experiences, please let us know in advance and we will do everything we can to make sure you get the fullest experience possible.
